ABOUT US
Suricata-Miner by Nature offers specialized consulting services for the mining, transportation and energy industries.
The company was founded in 2014 by Matías Egaña. Matías is a Mining Engineer and BSc. in Geophysics from the University of Chile, and holds a MSc. in Engineering Geology from the University of Leeds (UK). Matias works also as:
-Senior Adviser on tunneling for the Ministry of Public Works of Chile;
-Director/Co-founder of the Journal of Mining Engineering and Research (www.j-miner.cl) from the Chilean Institute of Mining Engineers;
-Board Member of Chilean Tunneling Association (CTES);
-Chilean Representative at the Tunnel Chapter of PIARC.
